1. Schedule an Appointment: We will arrange a convenient 2-hour appointment window to enroll any employees who need coverage.

2. Refreshments and Setup: To create a comfortable environment, we will bring refreshments. If needed, we can also provide tables and chairs.

3. Enrollment Process: Our team will enroll any employees in need of coverage. Typically, it takes 10-15 minutes per person to complete the enrollment.

4. Presentation: At the beginning of the session, we will conduct a brief 10-minute presentation to explain the benefits of marketplace plans and how Ember Advisory Group can assist in providing access to these benefits, including the premium reducing tax credit.

5. What to Bring: Employees should bring their government ID and know their Social Security number. If there are other members in their household needing health insurance, we will also need their Social Security numbers for the application.

6. Licensing and Privacy: Ember Advisory Group is a licensed agency through the state of Florida. We adhere to HIPAA guidelines and take privacy protection very seriously.

7. Free Service: There is no cost to the business for this service. We represent multiple insurance companies under the marketplace, also known as ObamaCare. We are a local independent insurance agency, not affiliated with the government.

8. Open Enrollment: Open Enrollment dates are crucial for securing health insurance. By allowing us to come out and enroll your team, you ensure they have access to health insurance benefits.

9. Continued Support: After enrollment, we will follow up with each individual to ensure they understand their coverage and assist with any further needs. There is no obligation to the business, and we are happy to help new employees as they join your team.

10. Phone Appointments: For employees who cannot be present during the on-site enrollment, we offer phone appointments to fit their schedules.

11. Free Consultations: Our appointments and consultations are free. The only cost to individuals is the monthly premium determined during enrollment, which is required for the insurance company to activate the policy.
